Understanding the role of water in the body and the earth, alongside core-strengthening therapy. On the morning of September 6, 2026, the Force Training Center—a partner of the Frenma Group—conducted a joint activity with local women focused on muscle strengthening and discussions regarding the greening of the spring area in Gerlang Village. We are committed to cultivating seedlings—including trees, plants, and endemic bamboo—for planting around the spring during the upcoming planting season. The goal is to prevent the depletion of water and its reserves caused by continuous consumption; this initiative also fosters a closer connection with nature by allowing it space to grow and flourish, rather than simply harvesting from it incessantly. This activity will serve as a stepping stone toward a healthier and more serene upstream environment.
